Binary Brain Technologies wants you to be completely satisfied with Declario. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment
• This applies to all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency)
• No questions asked

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email us at hello@declario.app with your account email
• Include “Refund Request” in the subject line
• We will process your refund within 5 business days

4. After 30 Days

• Refunds after 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Annual subscriptions may receive a prorated refund for unused months
• Contact us to discuss your situation

5. Free Trial

• The 14-day free trial does not require payment
• No refund is needed for trial accounts
• If you forget to cancel before a paid plan starts, contact us within 30 days for a full refund

6. Payment Processing

• All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle (paddle.com)
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method
• Processing times depend on your bank (typically 5–10 business days)

7. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing
• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period (except annual plans within 30 days)
