Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Declario (“Service”), operated by BINARY BRAIN TECHNOLOGIES SP. Z O.O. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Declario is a SaaS platform for creating, sending, and tracking interactive business proposals. The Service includes proposal creation tools, client-facing proposal pages, engagement analytics, and related features.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or legal entity per account

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment partner Paddle
• Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions
• Prices are in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features
• No credit card is required for the trial
• After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service

• You retain all rights to content you create using the Service
• You grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the content of your proposals

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited proposals
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Reverse engineer the Service

• We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws
• Tracking data (proposal views, engagement) uses hashed IPs and does not store personally identifiable information without consent

• The Service, its design, and underlying technology are owned by Binary Brain Technologies
• “Declario” is a trademark of Binary Brain Technologies

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim

• You may terminate your account at any time from Settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• We will notify you of material changes via email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
