Does my client need a Declario account?
No. Your client opens the link in any browser and can read, comment, sign or decline without signing up.
Are my client's visits tracked with cookies?
No. The proposal page sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. See Tracking for exactly what is recorded.
Can I edit a proposal after it is signed?
No. A signed proposal is locked. For changes, create a new proposal; you can duplicate the signed one as a starting point.
Where do I see my client's comments?
Open the proposal's Preview while signed in. New comments do not create a notification, so check the proposal page.
Is there an API?
What happens when the trial ends?
Until you choose a plan in Settings → Billing, you cannot create or duplicate proposals or use AI drafting; proposals you have already sent keep working. See Billing.
Can I export my data?
You can export your clients as a CSV file from Clients and download any proposal as a PDF. For anything else, contact us.
Which languages does Declario support?
The Declario interface is available in English and Polish. Switch with the language switcher.
